Thompson Special Collections Tour
**LIMITED OPPORTUNITY** Visit Thompson Library Room 105 on Wednesday May 6th anytime between 11:00am-4:00pm to see artifacts and special works from the William Charvat Collection of American Fiction, Rare Books and Manuscripts, The Hilander Research Library, and the Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee Theatre Research Institute.
The Medical Heritage Center
**LIMITED OPPORTUNITY** Come see treasures from the collections of the Medical Heritage Center including our oldest book (written in 1555), a trephining kit, a bleeding bowl, and a 1907 scrapbook from Ohio Medical University among many other artifacts. Stop by on Wednesday, May 6th between 1:00pm-3:00pm in Room 580 of Prior Hall located at 376 West 10th Avenue.
The Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum
**LIMITED OPPORTUNITY** OSU is home to the world’s largest collection of comic book and cartoon art, at the Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum! Stop in to see original comic art including Bill Watterson’s Calvin & Hobbes, Charles Schulz’s Peanuts, Jeff Smith’s Bone, works by P. Craig Russell, acclaimed illustrator of The Sandman, Hellboy, and Coraline, and many more! Located at Sullivant Hall, May 5th-9th from 1-5pm.
See the Underground Steam Tunnels - RPAC, 2:00-4:00pm
**LIMITED OPPORTUNITY** OSU has miles of underground tunnels that connect the university's heating, cooling, and telecommunications...but have you ever wanted to see what they look like and how they work? Visit the RPAC Sport Shop on the ground floor for a unique opportunity to get a short guided tour. Available May 5-7 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm each day. *Please note: Children must be at least 13 and 54" tall; ALL must wear closed-toe shoes--no heels or flip-flops are allowed.
